1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Avelor website and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by SB Global ("we", "us", "our"), with its registered address at A-761, Sushant Lok-1, Gurugram, Haryana 122009, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

  • We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and fragrance perception varies from person to person.
  • Our perfumes are for external use only. Do not apply to broken, irritated or sensitive skin. Perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from eyes, children and open flame.
  • The ingredients for each product are listed on the product page and packaging. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review them before purchase.

4. Pricing and taxes

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • [See note below before publishing — the wording of this clause must be confirmed.] Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is shown separately and added to your order total at checkout, before you make payment.
  • A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued with every order.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and you receive an order confirmation from us.
  • We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or where delivery to the address is not possible. In every such case, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
  • Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Avelor name and logo, product names, text, photographs, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to SB Global and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the website's operation, or to post or transmit any harmful, false or misleading content.

9. Reviews and submissions

Reviews, comments and other content you submit must be honest, lawful and your own. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our website and marketing channels. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any reaction arising from use of a product contrary to the usage instructions above. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, pandemics or government action.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply to that order.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
